FLAVORSMYTH PRIVATE DINNER

On Monday, February 23rd, we’re doing something we’ve never done before: our first-ever private beer pairing dinner, and we’re teaming up with the legends at @flavorsmythbbq to make it extra special.

This four-course, beer-paired feast runs from 6–8pm, but we’ll open the doors at 5pm if you want to roll in early, grab a pint, and get cozy. Seats are pre-paid and ticketed at $69 per person—ticket link at the top.

Here’s what’s on the table 👇

🍺 Course 1: Beerbacoa Tacos (2)
Smoked beef cheeks braised in RBW Lager, tucked into corn tortillas with onion, cilantro, and pickled onions.
Paired with 10 oz of RBW Lager

🌭 Course 2: Andouille Sausage Link
Served with Golden Lager romesco.
Paired with 10 oz of Golden Lager

🍗 Course 3: Citrus Garlic Chicken Thighs
With lager-infused esquites because… obviously.
Paired with 10 oz of Rice Lager

🍫 Course 4: Chocolate Pot de Crème
Rich, dreamy, and infused with a Moose Man Porter reduction.
Paired with 10 oz of Moose Man Porter
